You and your family can enjoy the many facilities on offer around the resort, you can relax in your private pool or you can enjoy easy access to the countless attractions that Florida has to offer. Orlando has it all; Amusement Parks, Water Parks, Great Food, Shopping Outlets, Wildlife, Golf, and so much more.

Terra Verde is a private, gated Vacation Home Community and Resort, located within easy reach of the US192 corridor and within 15 to 20 minutes of Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios, and numerous other Kissimmee, Orlando and Florida attractions. With Orlando International Airport only 25 minutes from the Resort, this is an ideally located Vacation Home for your stay.

Our vacation home is a spacious 4 bedroom townhome with a full sized private pool with lake views. The house can comfortably accommodate smaller or larger families, with groups up to 8 people. Modern house with a 55 inch 4K smart TV in the lounge, granite kitchen worktops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, large real leather couches, pool furniture & seating, and a full American king bed in the main bedroom. The south east facing pool is screened and has a removable safety fence to protect your little ones.

Terra Verde Resort offers a comprehensive range of attractions and amenities for all your family’s enjoyment. At the very heart of Terra Verde and within easy walk of your vacation home, is the award winning clubhouse, tika bar and pool for the use of Guests.
 
Please note that as soon as guests book any part of their holiday or vacation, it is strongly recommended for their protection that guests take out suitable holiday/vacation insurance to cover any cancellation fees or financial losses incurred before or during the holiday/vacation.

For added security, the Property has CCTV cameras covering main and pool entrances.

My wife and I have been visiting Orlando Florida for many years and it is our favorite vacation destination. After 26 years in the Military we decided to use our life savings to buy this vacation rental property in the lovely Resort of Terra Verde for us, our children, and our grandchildren to enjoy.
Our hope is that anyone that stays at our vacation home will enjoy their experience as much as we do.
